Using the service

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organisation's instructions. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in links and devices secure.

Your content

Your organisation remains responsible for the photos, personal information and other content it uploads. You must have the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload and share it. You grant Bytecrafters Ltd permission to host and process content only as necessary to operate the service.

Prohibited use

• Do not access accounts, events or media without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, reverse engineer or bypass the service's security.
• Do not use the service to send spam or to misuse another person's personal information.

Access and availability

Access is managed by your organisation and may be changed or removed when your role changes. We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, updates and events outside our control may occasionally interrupt it.
